Branded to youIt’s your hub, not ours. The only sign you didn’t build this yourself is “Powered by Studioworks” in the footer, and with Agency, not even that for a truly white-label experience.
Organize projectsProposals, invoices, and payments, filed under the projects you’ve done together. Keep all of your files in order, and we have so many more features in the works (like file sharing).
No passwordsYour client logs in with their email and a link. Links to individual documents open the invoice or proposal straight away, logged in or not, so that your client can share with whoever’s in charge.
Manage permissionsControl who at your client’s business sees what. Give each person access to the whole hub or only the projects they work on.

Get paid
Payments
Get paid online or offline with Studioworks. With the lowest transaction fees possible for online payments, you keep more of your money.
Bank transferThe most a bank transfer costs you is $5. We use Stripe for secure online ACH payments and collect no additional fee in the process.
Credit cardAccept cards through Stripe. Your client sees the processing fee, up to 3%, before they pay, so choosing a card is their call. Debit cards pay none, and again — no fee to us.
Check, wire, and moreGive instructions for how your client can pay outside of Studioworks, including wire information, right on the invoice page. Add any payment platform you wish for ultimate control.
Mark as paidFor invoices paid outside of Studioworks, mark as paid allows clients to let you know that a payment has been sent. You confirm receipt to close it out.
It’s your moneyCard and bank transfer run on your own Stripe account. Your money never sits with us.
ReceiptsThe moment your client pays, they get a receipt by email, with the PDF attached.
RefundsNeed to send a refund? You can refund a credit card or bank payment right from the invoice.
